Where:

Course is to be held at AsphWax’s facilities in Stafford Texas, see address below. If the number of registered participants exceeds the room capacity, another room will be rented in a nearby hotel. The participants will be informed of the change accordingly.

 

When:

Monday-Thursday November 15-16-17-18, 2010.

 

Schedule:

Course starts each day at 09:00 and ends17:00 (5 PM).

 

Fee and Registration:

Course fee is $2575 per participant. Please send check to AsphWax ASAP to reserve a seat. Fee includes:

• Course manual
• Light lunch (on-site)
• Coffee and refreshments for morning and afternoon breaks

 

Enrollment:

Enrollment should be completed as soon as possible, because class size is limited. Enrollments will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. To enroll, in addition to check, please print and send this form along with:

Note: Stafford is a suburb of Houston about 20 miles from downtown.

 

Cancellations:

25% of the fee will be charged for cancellations more than 7 days before the course begins. 50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations within 7 days before the course begins.

 

Hotel Reservations:

There are many affordable hotels in Stafford and nearby Houston metro area. For a list of nearby hotels, please contact AsphWax. Participants must make their own hotel reservations.
