Where:

Course is to be held at AsphWax’s facilities in Stafford Texas, see address below. If the number of registered participants exceeds the room capacity, another room will be rented in a nearby hotel. The participants will be informed of the change accordingly.

 

When:

Monday-Wednesday Feb 27 - Feb 29, 2012

 

Schedule:

Course starts at 09:00 Monday, ends 17:00 (5 PM) Wednesday. This course is considered a voluntary prerequisite to the EOS, Wax Deposition, and Asphaltene Deposition Modeling courses given by AsphWax.

 

Fee and Registration:

Course fee is $1800 per participant. Please send check to AsphWax ASAP to reserve a seat. Fee includes:

• Course manual
• Lunch (on-site)
• Coffee and refreshments for morning and afternoon breaks

 

Enrollment:

Enrollment should be completed as soon as possible, because class size is limited. Enrollments will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. To enroll, in addition to check, please print and send this form along with:

Note: Stafford is a suburb of Houston about 20 miles from downtown.

 

Cancellations:

75% of the fee will be returned for cancellations more than 7 days before the course begins. 50% of the fee will be returned for cancellations within 7 days before the course begins.

 

Hotel Reservations:

There are many affordable hotels in Stafford and nearby Houston metro area. Participants must make their own hotel reservations.
